Boarding & House - Sitting Polices - At Community Pet Sitters
we aim to provide loving, reliable care while keeping things simple and transparent for pet parents. Here are a few important details to know: Standard Drop-off time: Flexible based on your schedule.Pick/ Departure time: Before 12:00 p.m. on the final day. This applies to both boarding and house-sitting services. Pickups or departure after 12:00 p.m. are considered an additional day of service.
*Prices are subject to change depending on fluctuations in boarding and sitting market, increases in supply costs, availability and other factors beyond Community Pet Sitters' control.
Last Minute Emergency (under 6 hours' notice) $85 per night

In-Home Pet Sitting (Client Residence)
All-inclusive care includes feeding, walks, playtime, litter box care, mail & package collection, plant watering, home check-ins, and companionship.
First Pet: $60.00 per night
Additional Pets: $35.00 per night

Dog Walks & Drop-In Visits
Dog Walking Options
$25 for 30-minute neighborhood walk including exercise, waste cleanup, and optional feeding or playtime.
$50 for 60-minute visits available upon request.
Full-Day Doggy Daycare Package
Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm
Rate: $45 per session
Our daycare program balances exercise, socialization, enrichment, and mandatory rest periods to ensure your dog has a fun, safe, and stress-free experience.

Dogs arrive and settle into their day with supervised play, socialization, outdoor time, walks, and engaging activities. This is typically when energy levels are highest, allowing pups to burn off excitement in a safe and structured environment.
😴 Midday Rest & Recharge
After a fun-filled morning, dogs enjoy a quiet rest period. This downtime helps prevent overstimulation & encourages healthy behavior
🌤️ Afternoon Daycare
The fun continues with supervised playgroups, enrichment activities, backyard adventures, and one-on-one attention
🌙 Evening Wind-Down
As the day comes to a close, dogs enjoy calmer activities, cuddles, potty breaks, and relaxation before heading home happy, exercised, and ready for a restful evening with their family

Pet Taxi
$30.00 per trip within 30 mile radius ($0.50 per additional mile). Vet visits, grooming appointments, and essential transport available.

Date night is a dedicated evening of quality time you can spend away from your furry friend for a few hours. Whether you stay in for a cozy movie or venture out, the goal is to provide pet parents the opportunity to enjoy themselves for a night out.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Community Pet Sitters understands that plans can change and that some bookings are made on short notice. To be fair to both our clients and our schedule, the following policy applies:
- More than 7 days’ notice:
No cancellation fee. Payments may be credited toward a future service. - 3–6 days’ notice:
A partial charge may apply, up to 50% of the scheduled service total. - Less than 72 hours’ notice:
Cancellations may be charged up to the full service amount. - Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or early returns:
Are billed in full. - Holiday and high-demand bookings:
Are non-refundable, regardless of notice given
