Boarding & House - Sitting Polices - At Community Pet Sitters
we aim to provide loving, reliable care while keeping things simple and transparent for pet parents. Here are a few important details to know: Standard Drop-off time: Flexible based on your schedule. Pick/ Departure time: Before 12:00 p.m. on the final day. This applies to both boarding and house-sitting services. Pickups or departure after 12:00 p.m. are considered an additional day of service.

In-Home Pet Sitting (Client Residence)
All-inclusive care includes feeding, walks, playtime, litter box care, mail & package collection, plant watering, home check-ins, and companionship.
First Pet: $60/ night
Additional Pets: $35 / night

Dog Walks & Drop-In Visits
Dog Walking Options
$25 for 30-minute neighborhood walk including exercise, waste cleanup, and optional feeding or playtime.

Community Pet Sitters offers Wedding Pet Attendant Services so your furry family can be part of your special day—without the stress. We provide attentive, loving care before, during, and after your ceremony, ensuring your pet is comfortable, safe, and photo-ready.

- Pre-ceremony pet pick-up or on-site arrival assistance
- Calm walks, potty breaks, and hydration
- Leash handling during the ceremony or photos
- Assistance with entrances, exits, and special moments
- Supervised rest breaks away from crowds and noise
- Transportation to home, hotel, or designated location after the event
- Real-time updates and photos for peace of mind

- 30-day notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
- Cancellations after confirmation incur a $60 fee
- Holiday cancellations within 24 hours incur a $100 fee
- No-shows and early returns are billed in full
- Additional pets must be from the same household
- Rates subject to change due to market conditions

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Community Pet Sitters understands that plans can change and that some bookings are made on short notice. To be fair to both our clients and our schedule, the following policy applies:
- More than 7 days’ notice:
No cancellation fee. Payments may be credited toward a future service. - 3–6 days’ notice:
A partial charge may apply, up to 50% of the scheduled service total. - Less than 72 hours’ notice:
Cancellations may be charged up to the full service amount. - Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or early returns:
Are billed in full. - Holiday and high-demand bookings:
Are non-refundable, regardless of notice given
